This text is prepared under Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to Be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform. It describes the processing that takes place on the TASARLABUL corporate site.
01Data controller
The data controller is TASARLABUL. Applications are made to info@tasarlabul.com.
02Serving the site and keeping it secure
- Data: IP address, date and time of the operation, the page requested, the browser and similar connection information.
- Purpose: delivering the page to you and keeping the site secure. This data is not used to advertise or to build a profile.
- Method: the technical log of the hosting service, partly automatic, during the page request.
- Legal ground: Article 5(2)(f) of the Law. The basis is the legitimate interest in operating the site. That interest is not extended to marketing.
- Where it may be transferred: the hosting provider that publishes the site. If there is a legal obligation, competent public authorities and institutions; in that case the ground is Article 5(2)(ç) and Article 8 of the Law.
03Correspondence
- Data: the name, email address, message and any other information you write of your own accord.
- Purpose: answering your request and carrying on the correspondence.
- Method: the form on the site prepares the message in your email application and the site does not store the form. The email system keeps the record, partly automatically, when you send the email.
- Legal ground: if the message prepares a business relationship, Article 5(2)(c) of the Law. Article 5(2)(f) of the same paragraph for carrying on the correspondence. Explicit consent is not requested; this site does not offer a consent form.
- Special-category personal data is not requested.
- Where it may be transferred: the email service provider, so the message can arrive. Competent public authorities and institutions where the law requires it.
04Transfer abroad
If the hosting or email service is seen on servers outside Turkey, the transfer is made under Article 9 of the Law. A transfer is not carried out without an adequacy decision, appropriate safeguards, or one of the exceptional cases listed in the article. Which provider is used is not named here before that contract exists.
05Retention
Connection records are limited to the period needed for delivery and security. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to close the request and to exercise legal rights, then deleted or anonymised. The period is not extended arbitrarily beyond the purpose of processing and any limitation period.
06Your rights
Under Article 11 of the Law, you may apply to the data controller and ask:
- To learn whether your personal data is processed.
- To request information about it if it has been processed.
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose.
- To know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Turkey or abroad.
- To ask for it to be corrected if it is incomplete or inaccurate.
- To ask for it to be deleted or destroyed under the conditions in Article 7 of the Law.
- To ask that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred.
- To object to a result against you that arises from analysis exclusively by automated systems.
- To demand compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing.
