This policy is for people who visit the TASARLABUL corporate website and for people who write to info@tasarlabul.com. It covers the introductory pages. Opening an account, taking payment and placing an order do not happen on this site.
01What is processed
The site involves personal data in two situations.
- A connection record may be created while the page is delivered: IP address, date and time, the page requested and browser information. The record exists so the page can be served and the site protected against abuse. No advertising profile is built.
- If you email us, the name, email address, message and any other information you include are processed in order to answer the request. Do not include anything you do not want in the message.
02What is not processed
- There is no membership, payment or order. The contact form prepares the message in your email application; this site does not store the form.
- No analytics, advertising or third-party cookie is placed. The detail is in the Cookie Policy.
- Special-category personal data is not requested. You are not expected to send health data, biometric data, beliefs or similar information.
- No commercial electronic message is sent. Correspondence is the reply to an email you sent.
03Who it is shared with
Data is not sold and is not transferred to advertising networks. A hosting service may be involved in publishing the page, and an email service in delivering a message. Where the law requires it, information may be shared with competent public authorities.
The servers of the hosting or email service may be outside Turkey. In that case the transfer relies on the applicable condition in Article 9 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. The service provider is not named in this text before a contract exists.
04How long it is kept
Connection records are limited to the operating period needed to serve the page and keep it secure. Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to close the request and to exercise any legal rights that may arise; when that period ends it is deleted or anonymised.
05Security
Access to correspondence is limited to answering the request. Absolute security is not promised. If you think your account has been compromised, report it to the same address.
06Children
This site is not directed at children. We do not aim to process data we know belongs to a child.
07Your rights

08Changes
